Order Processing Times
Most orders are processed within 1 - 3 business days before being shipped from our warehouse.
During busy periods, including new product launches, promotional events, holidays, and peak shopping seasons, processing may take up to 5 business days.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Shipping Timeframes

Pre-Order Items
Certain products may be available for pre-order.
Pre-order items will clearly display an estimated shipping date on the product page before purchase.

If your order contains both pre-order and in-stock items, your entire order will be shipped together once the pre-order item becomes available.
To receive available items sooner, we recommend placing separate orders for pre-order and in-stock products.
Multiple Item Orders
If your order contains multiple items, we may ship them together or separately depending on product availability and warehouse logistics.
If multiple shipments are required, you will receive tracking information for each shipment.
No additional shipping charges will apply for split shipments initiated by Bonbump.
Updating Your Order
Because orders are processed quickly, we are generally unable to modify an order after it has been placed.
This includes:

If you require additional items, please place a new order.
Order Cancellations
We begin processing orders shortly after they are placed.
For this reason, we cannot guarantee cancellation requests once an order has been submitted.

Shipping Address Changes
Please carefully review your shipping address before completing checkout.
Once an order has been placed, we are generally unable to change the shipping address.
If your order has already shipped, you may need to contact the shipping carrier directly to request any available delivery updates or redirection services.
Bonbump is not responsible for delays, losses, or delivery issues resulting from an incorrect shipping address entered during checkout.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking email containing your shipment details.
Tracking information may take up to 48 hours to become active after the shipping confirmation email is sent.
If you have not received your tracking information within a reasonable timeframe, please contact our support team.
Lost, Delayed, or Missing Parcels
If your parcel appears delayed or lost in transit, please contact us and we will assist in opening an investigation with the shipping carrier.
Please note that carrier investigations may take time to complete and resolution timeframes vary depending on the shipping provider.
International Shipping
International customers may be responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges imposed by their local authorities.
These fees are not included in product prices or shipping charges unless otherwise stated.
Bonbump is not responsible for customs delays or additional import charges incurred after shipment.
